Premature Ejaculation Treatments - muscle exercises (Kegel)
Kegel exercises is learning to control muscles and ischiocavernosus bulboocavernosos. This exercise was first proposed in 1948 by Arnold Kegel in the treatment of urinary incontinence. In this sense, it seeks to identify the muscles to be contracted, or go to the bathroom and try to stop abruptly the flow of urine, trying to urinate in intermittent streams. The correct identification of the muscles involved is important that exercise is effective.
Several authors not only confirm that the act of start and stop urine flow during urination is really to strengthen the sphincter, but also that the Kegel exercises was very effective for the treatment of “stress incontinence” and premature ejaculation, with the advantage of having virtually no side effects.
Kegel exercises should be done with the bladder empty, contracting the muscles and holding the contraction for 10 seconds, it being necessary to repeat this procedure 50 times, about three times a day.
